Consent to Data Collection, Usage & Storage – CAMPUS CONVERSATIONS™

By submitting an application to CAMPUS CONVERSATIONS™ – Bridging Cultures, Building Peace, powered by PressPayNg and supported by the Youth for Peace – UNESCO Intercultural Leadership Programme, you consent to the collection, use, sharing, and storage of your information for the purposes outlined below.

How Your Data Will Be Used

Your information may be used to:

  • Assess eligibility and select participants for CAMPUS CONVERSATIONS™ programmes
  • Communicate with applicants and selected participants before, during, and after the programme
  • Monitor participation, learning outcomes, and programme impact
  • Produce anonymized reports, insights, stories, and learning materials for programme learning

Data Sharing

Your data may be shared, only where necessary, with:

  • Authorized programme partners, facilitators, and evaluators
  • Supporting institutions and stakeholders involved in youth peacebuilding and education initiatives
  • Personal data will not be sold or used for unrelated commercial marketing.

Data Retention

With your consent, your data may be retained for up to three (3) years after the completion of the programme for monitoring, evaluation, learning, and historical impact tracking.

Confidentiality & Protection

All personal data is stored securely and handled confidentially. Access is restricted to authorized personnel directly involved in the delivery, evaluation, and governance of CAMPUS CONVERSATIONS™.

Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting the CAMPUS CONVERSATIONS™ programme team through official communication channels. Withdrawal will apply going forward and will not affect lawful processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
